HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to Assessment Ready.

1

Tell us about your child

Answer guided questions about their history, strengths, concerns and daily life.

2

Collect the evidence

Complete questionnaires, invite a teacher and add existing reports.

3

Receive your report

Threadline organises the information for your child's clinician.

Evidence across your child's life.

  • Family information and history
  • Your child's perspective
  • Child and teacher perspectives
  • Standardised questionnaires
  • Daily functioning
  • Existing reports

Every source remains visible, giving your child’s clinician an organised view of the evidence collected before the appointment.

YOUR CHILD'S THREAD

One report. Every source clear.

See evidence across settings, what’s complete and what may need follow-up—all in one clear report. Your child’s Thread keeps this information organised, giving future clinicians, schools and specialists context without your family starting again.

FAQ

Questions families often ask.

Do I need to have a clinician before I start?

No. You can begin while you are looking. Check that your chosen clinician is happy to receive the report before sharing it.

How long does preparation take?

You can get started in minutes and complete your part at your own pace. Teacher input and collecting existing reports may take longer.

Will my clinician need anything else?

They may. Your clinician decides what further information or assessment is needed.

Is Threadline an ADHD assessment?

No. Threadline manages preparation. Your child's clinician completes the assessment and diagnosis.
